2. Monitoring Tasks on Akselos Dashboard

Collection: Contain the all related Digital Twin model data, stored on Cloud, where user can manage through the Akselos Customer Dashboard, or can be imported to local Computer to create, modify or add new items. It interacts with Akselos Modeler to analyze and visualize the structural responses of Digital Twin models.
1. Creating Collection
Creating a new collection - the very first step in fabricate your asset - is create a storage for your data on Akselos Customer Portal
Please note that users can only create new collections with the Write or Admin access permission.
Locate an organization and click the Contents tab, then click the New Collection button to create a new collection.

Name and physics selection are required for the new collection.

Akselos currently supports the following physic types of collections:
Acoustics: used for acoustic harmonic analyses. This collection type can be used with solid elements only.
Elasticity: used for elasticity eigen physics and Helmholtz (Harmonic) analysis. This collection type can be used with 1D beam, shell, solid elements, or a combination of these elements.
Heat: used for steady and transient heat transfer analyses. This collection type can be used with solid elements only.
2. Monitoring Tasks on Akselos Dashboard
In the Jobs sub-tab, users can track the status of training/solving/post-processing jobs that any accounts have performed in the collection. Information about the jobs such as:

- Current state
- Start time
- Time elapsed
- Tokens Consumed
- Details of Job

If there is any job that does not run as expected, users can quickly cancel it by clicking on the Stop button.

The number of jobs can significantly increase with time, that will cause confusion to users to manage a large amount of success or failure jobs. By clicking on the Archive button, users can get rid of unwanted jobs to make room for new jobs. Moreover, users are able to extract the archived jobs if needed.

There are two types of jobs which contain only the Details button or have both the Details and Subjobs buttons.

The Subjobs button only appears when a job needs to execute several sub-jobs in order to complete it. Users can click on the Subjobs button to track what happens to every single subjob. By clicking on the Details button, users will be able to get general information about a job.

In addition, in the case that users get a failure job, by seeking the *.err and *.out files in Details button, users will get a detailed description of the problem. If users don't know how to deal with the problem that causes failure, please contact Akselos Support channel ([email protected]) to be supported.

3. Import collection
Collection in the Dashboard must be imported to the local machine for solving and customizing model.
First, you need to make sure that your Akselos Modeler has connected to the server by checking Authentication. In Cloud tab, select Authentication → Enter username & Password and click Check.

When the dot in Authentication Status turns green, it proves that your Akselos Modeler has successfully connected to the server.
To import collection, click Collection tab -> click Import Collection .... A pop-up will appear, select your collection that you want to import to your local machine.

A Pop-up appears showing the collection import process. When the import process is successful, a message will appear Logs tab to notify you that you have successfully imported your collection.
