SACS Converter
SACS Importer with an option to add a PSI system.
PSI file can also be given at the SACS Importer window as this step is unavoidable. Internally the program may import the model information first, and then PSI can be attached. However, this can be in a single window, and it may have an option “On” or “Off” to import PSI later in case required.

Convert the SACS model first, then create the pile-soil system.

Pile-structure interaction (PSI)
Supported soil type from SACS PSI input file.
PSI tool only supports "SAND" and "CLAY" soil types from the SACS input file. Other soil types are not yet supported.

Pile-structure interaction (PSI)
The performance of the PSI tool is slow in some cases.
Generating a non-linear pile-soil system takes longer than it needs, especially when the refined length is small (less than 0.5 m).

Resolved
Do not use refined length segments less than 0.5m.
Version 2023.04
Performance is improved: The non-linear pile-soil system can be generated much faster.

tool_20221101_1
3D joint creation tool
This tool generates 3D shell joints from 1D beam joints by calling Coreform Cubit in the background.
There were changes from Corefrom Cubit 2021 that broke these tools.
Only Coreform Cubit 2020 is working with this tool now.

Soil linearization
For jacket structure, this tool generates a linear stiffness matrix (6x6 matrix) at pile heads to replace the non-linear pile system for modal and spectral fatigue analyses. It ensures the behaviour (displacements at pile heads) are similar between the non-linear and linear models.
This is yet to be fully validated.
